The Instructure Community will enter a read-only state on November 22, 2025 as we prepare to migrate to our new Community platform in early December.

A few of our faculty are hesitant about adopting New Quizzes at this current time (April 2022). I want to confirm that this feature is no yet present in New Quizzes:
Use case: Professor gives a quiz and wants to delay having students see answers to the quiz until all students have completed the quiz (which may take a few hours or a few days)
Question: Can (and if so how) could they set a time to make the answers visible for the New Quizzes?
If this feature is not yet available, does anyone know when it will be?
Solved! Go to Solution.
@PamelaImperato I think you are referring specifically to the delayed release which is not there yet and I don't see it on the road map (that does not mean anything though).
Here is a great resource with all kinds of links to updated documents:

We are holding off for a while before fully endorsing New Quizzes in hopes of getting more parity. Some of the new features are great but some of the things that have not been moved over from classic quizzes are make or break for us.
Hope this helps!

Under settings, the last option, you can set whether or not to show items and/or answers when students complete the quiz. The same, if not more, options than classic quizzes.
