[ARCHIVED] New Quizzes Item banks not sharing

Has anyone experienced a problem sharing Item Banks with other teachers in New Quizzes?  I seem to be unable to do so.  When I click on +share, and type in a name, I just get the spinning wheel of death.

I would like to bump this topic. I am having the same issues.

I see that this was a problem back in April and July.... I'm having a similar issue. I don't get the spinning wheel of death, but I cannot find any users to share item banks with. However, I can share with other courses.

When I search for a user it just says that the user cannot be found. I am only searching for teachers and admins.
