I built a new quiz and put a hot spot picutre in it. All of the questions have points on them.

What do I need to do in order for the assignment to show points when view the module it is under.

Also, students have taken the quiz and the students scores do not show up in the Canvas grade book.

What do I need to do to fix these 2 problems?

Hi  @abible and thanks for the questions!

First, have you made sure that the quiz itself has points possible? You can edit the assessment details to check, as described here: How do I edit a New Quizzes assessment?  

Second, in the Gradebook do the student submissions show the Submission icon (kind of a document-like icon)? If so, that means you need to manually grade at least one quiz question in SpeedGrader before grades will show. You can learn about how to do this here: How do I grade an assessment in New Quizzes?   Let us know if you have any other questions.
