Hello,
I usually login Canvas using google chrome, but it suddenly not works. I can use safari to login to Canvas, but no courses information shows out once I login. Please help. Thank you.

Hi @myang7 ...
A few things come to mind that you might want to try:
- Make sure that your Google Chrome browser is up-to-date. I just updated to version 80.
- Try clearing your browser's cache. How do I clear my browser cache on a Mac? or How do I clear my browser cache on a PC? Once you do this, close your browser, and then re-start Chrome.
- Try another browser such as Mozilla Firefox. Chrome and Firefox are the ones that many Community members will recommend when navigating around Canvas. Check out Which browsers does Canvas support? for more information.
If none of the above seem to help, then I would recommend reaching out to the folks at the Help Desk at Instructure. They would be able to help investigate this further with you. How to contact Canvas Support
