I have completed my course and passes the test but still not able to see the certificate of the completed course.

Hi @pramukhbelam 

Canvas does not include a certificate of completion feature, so if you are supposed to get a cert, it has to come from the teacher or the school, or through a modification of Canvas made by your school.

This is a global community of Canvas users much like yourself, and we only have access to our own courses and accounts and cannot troubleshoot this for you. You will need to contact your teacher for assistance, and perhaps your school. You can contact your teacher from within Canvas by following this guide lesson:
