[ARCHIVED] Not registering I viewed something I viewed

My canvas is not registering that I viewed one page, which I have viewed at least 15 times, and it will not let me move on to the next section because of this. It is ridiculous how hard it is to get help on this.

@alkahl , greetings! I'm sorry to hear that you're having this problem in your course. My initial recommendation is to go to your course Modules *from a computer) and re-check everything in the Module that you are stuck on. Also make sure that you only needed to "view" the page and didn't need to mark it as read or something like that. If none of this helps, then contact your Instructor (if you haven't already), as well as Canvas Support (click on the Help link in Canvas and "Report a Problem").
