[ARCHIVED] Notification to grade submissions from New Quizzes

Why don't I get a notification in my To Do list when students submit questions from  "New Quizzes" that need grading?  Please enable this feature (just like from classic quizzes, where it would take you directly to speed grader)

I was actually surprised (myself) not to find this on the User Group: New Quizzes‌ development plan. There is an existing idea that you can add your vote and use case to.

I've heard that this may not even be possible because of how New Quizzes was developed as an external LTI.  I hope I'm wrong because we need this feature.

I mean, at least we have Speedgrader back in the column menu so teachers can navigate to quiz submissions, but To-Do notifications really needs to be part of the tool. My classroom teachers don't understand the backend configuration of LTIs versus the native product. It just appears to them like something is broken.

Has there been a way to add it as a TO do yet or is it still not available 😞 with the deadline to change over coming up, I really thought this feature needs to be avaliable.

Please integrate this feature. Instructors need to be notified when new quizzes require manual grading.

I really need this feature! Especially if a student makes up a quiz late, it is so easy to forget to grade the written response. At the very least, if it cannot be listed on the "To do" list, then it should show up as "not graded" in the gradebook. It instead currently shows a lower version of their grade as if they got all the written questions wrong. This really can scare the kids.
