How do I set Canvas so that  an observer of a student  gets an email  notification that I have sent back assessed work back to a student and an also in the email get a  link to that students assessed work in canvas??

Hi William -

This is completely up to the individual observers. You can encourage them to enable notifications for graded items, for sure! Families can then set up the frequency of the notifications and where they receive them.
