Good morning!

My online exam is scheduled today, but the screen doesn't have the option to go to the Start Quiz screen, can you please assist to resolve this issue?

Have you notified your teacher yet?

How do I send a message to a user in a course in the Inbox as a student? 

You have posted your question in a global community of Canvas users, and we cannot troubleshoot specific courses and user accounts beyond our own.

Some things you can check on your end while waiting for your teacher:

• Does this test require that you use the Respondus Lockdown Browser?
• Is your browser supported (current) https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-10720-which-browsers-does-canvas-support?sr=search&searchId... 
• Is the quiz supposed to be available at a specific time?

Really, your best bet is to talk to your teacher.

Hi Kelley the browser is supportive since last time I used the same one, the time and date for the quiz is today but it could be due to the time difference between US and Dubai. However it would be better for me to contact the administrator directly. Thank you for the kind advice.
