[ARCHIVED] Parent App Error "Whoops it looks like you aren't enrolled in any courses as a parent"

I Have successfully logged into the student canvas for both my kids on the iphone app, but cannot login on parent app. The only 2 options available are find school, and my school is NOT listed; OR QR login and neither QR login for either child is working. It quickly loads and says my child's name at the bottom and then Immediately get an error message. "Whoops, it looks like you aren't enrolled in any courses as a parent." How do I login on the app when neither option is working?
