I am a parent trying to pair my second child to my existing observer account. When I add the pairing code, I get an error message that says I am not authorized to do this. I've tried on my iPhone and desktop. Why am I not authorized to add my own son? What do I need to do?

Hi Corinne -
I would ask your son to create a second pairing code (a fresh one!) and try again. If you still get that error, I'd reach out to your local Canvas Admin (How do I use the Canvas Parent app on my iOS device?) because they may have changed the process since you created your account with your first child.
