[ARCHIVED] Password reset Issue with student

I have a free Canvas teacher account. I have added a student to a course. The student forgot his password and wants to reset the password, however, an email arrives indicating "the password to enter must have been provided by the system administrator in Free For Teacher, and Instructure does not have access to their password". Why does this happen? How can I solve that? I already tried removing the student and adding it again but the problem continues.
