[ARCHIVED] Pending Invitation

I am trying to add a student and professor to one section from another section in the same course.  I added them and it sent an invitation.  Beside their names it says pending.  However, they are not seeing an invitation on their end.  Any advice on what to do?

Try resending the invitation. If that doesn't work have them double check their junk and spam folders. If they still can't find the invite then I'd contact Canvas support.
