[ARCHIVED] Pixelated Profile Picture

Hi, 

I'm a student, and I can't get a my profile picture on Canvas to appear as a high-quality (or even normal quality) photo. I tried uploading a couple different pictures, different file types (PNG, JPEG), doing it through different browsers (Safari and Chrome), and on different devices (website on laptop and app on iPhone). Nothing has made a difference. 

Has anyone else had this problem and figured out a solution?

I should add that I'm using Canvas through a university course, and they're hosting the course through Emeritus on the Canvas platform.
