Canvas does not allow PowerPoint Macro Show .ppsm file types to be uploaded and used as animated GIF's with clickable pictures revealing text instructions. What other file types allows for animated pictures with clickable actions?

Hi @DTrewhella
I do not know of any such apps off the top of my head, although there are several. However, I doubt if they will help unless they have been specifically tweaked to integrate with Canvas. The problem is the executable code in PPT's PPSM file types - Canvas strips executable code out or blocks those file types all together for security reasons. Remember, that embedded code could be malicious - either intentionally or unintentionally. You will need to use or develop a widget (or something similar) in which the executable code is contained separate from the Canvas UX.
Perhaps others will have some suggestions for you.
