If teachers select to import a Course from a previous term and select the option to Adjust Due Dates and Events, then the calendar automatically populates with all of the assignments and quizzes. Even if a teacher unpublished the content in their course, the students still see it on their To Do List and Calendar and can click on it to access the item even though it is unpublished in the course. Is there a way to prevent this from occurring? (besides reminding the teachers to not select to adjust dates). Once this is done, the teacher can either reset course content and start over building their course or go through the calendar items individually to remove it.
It seems like this is an odd feature to allow students to access items that are on the calendar, but unpublished in the Course.
