I keep trying to add a student and even though I resend the invitation, the student does not receive the invitation. I've told him to check his inbox and spam folders and still nothing. What can I do?

It's possible the student's email is not entered in their Canvas profile (and therefore not receiving the email notification).

So another way to accept a course invitation is to actually log in to Canvas. On the Dashboard the student will see a green banner at the top, with the invitation to Accept.
