[ARCHIVED] Problem logging in

A students was able to log on to Canvas the first week, but now cannot.  I am new to this. What should she do? Thank you.

Are you using the Free for teacher version of Canvas or a paid for version through your school?  For access issues related to the Free for Teacher version the student can contact Instructure Support for password/log in issues.
