[ARCHIVED] Problem viewing files when grading

On my laptop, when I'm grading worksheets, sometimes only like the first 10 words of their writing shows up.  Then if I go a few students forward and come back, it's all there.  Or if I download their worksheet, it's all there.  Sometimes it drops just things they wrote in a certain color.  

How can I resolve this?

I am sorry to see that your question has been sitting out here for quite some time without a response.  That's certainly strange that you were only able to see parts of documents within the SpeedGrader.  By chance, did you report this to the folks at the Canvas Help Desk?  That would be my first "go to" in a situation like this.  I'm not sure if you are still experiencing this issue, or if the issue has been resolved on its own, but it would be great to hear back from you on this.  Or, if you did contact the Help Desk, it would be great to know how this issue was resolved for you.  Looking forward to hearing back from you soon!  Take care...be well.
