[ARCHIVED] Problem with recording a video with Canvas Studio

Hello! I'm trying to record a demonstration for my class of what I'm doing on my desktop computer screen.   I finish my recording and upload it.  When I watch my video recording, though, I only hear my voice and see my desktop background image (of mountains and trees), but NOT what I actually did on my computer screen.  Why won't Studio record my actual demo, and it only records my voice and my desktop background image?

Hello Chris, I also have this problem.  When I try to click your link to "How do I record a screen capture video in Canvas Studio"  I get

"You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action."
