Hello Canvas: I'm working at a fully online college where we use a digital assets server for ease of content management. Unfortunately, students using the Canvas mobile app are not able to see embedded media. We think this is because the mobile app is not sending authentication info. Can anyone confirm this? And, if that is the reason, does anyone know of a solution? -- Susan

I wish I had something concrete to share, but these issues can be tricky to diagnose and fix since it involved a 3rd party service. I would suggest you reach out to Canvas support so they can diagnose the issue directly. If you want to share more information about your issue (screenshots, the system you are using, etc), I might be able to add more insight, but Canvas direct might be your best path.
