[ARCHIVED] Profile Name is Numbers

When some students are accepting our invitation for the class on Canvas, sometimes their name is replaced with numbers. How do we fix that?

 @kayla2 , greetings! This is a strange question, but I've seen at least one other person with a similar question (but can't find it now). My only recommendation is to contact Canvas Support to see if they have any idea what's going on. Also, if you get a response from Support, could you come back and update us on what they say?
