[ARCHIVED] Question Embedded in Video Quiz Does Not Show in Student Quiz

We created a video in studio, added a question. Saved the quiz. Embedded the content into a Quiz. When previewing the quiz, we don't see the question. How do we assign a quiz from a question that's embedded in a video in studio?

To be sure, are you following these directions to make sure you are including the quiz as part of your Studio Quiz when embedding it into your course?  How do I embed a Canvas Studio video quiz in the Rich Content Editor as an instructor?
