Hello @cziese ...
The First Question: Does lockdown browser work with new quizzes yet?
I don't think so...not yet anyway. Please check this page, Ideas, as New Quizzes: Respondus LockDown Browser appears to be on that list.
I'm not sure on the second question, however. Hopefully someone who has been using New Quizzes will be able to chime in.
Thank you for replying :). I wish that they would make this function
available. I know classic quizzes is going away, but more people would be
happy about it if they could convert their old quizzes to new quizzes
without reinventing the wheel. The same thing for new quizzes, until they
figure out the lockdown browser issue. I love new quizzes, but am
reluctant to do anything with them because I can't lockdown...and I helped
someone make a quiz they wanted in new, to find out it still couldn't do
lockdown, and then could not find a way to convert it. She worked on that
thing for over 2 hours. It was painful to tell her she had to rebuild it
in classic quizzes to use the lockdown browser.
Thanks for your help!
Christine

@cziese ...
Have you seen this Guide? How do I migrate a Canvas quiz to New Quizzes?
I have not......well, maybe....I know you can change an older one to a new one, but I wanted to know if you could transfer a newer one to an older one so that you could utilize the lockdown browser until they add that feature to new quizzes.
Hi @cziese I don't know of any way to go from New Quizzes to Classic Quizzes primarily because I have not found a way to get questions from New Quizzes out as either a QTI file or a Word-type file that could then be used to try to go back to Classic Quizzes through something like Respondus 4.0. Sorry not to be of much help. Maybe someone else reading this has found a way!
