Is there a way/setting where only one or two instead of all 12 of the faculty/teachers will be able to see the unpublished questions?

Can you provide a little more context into what you're seeing and what you're trying to accomplish?

Are all of the faculty enrolled into a course as Teachers?

Yes all teachers are enrolled in Canvas.

Is there a way that not all teachers enrolled in 1 course in canvas would

see unpublished quiz?

Carolynn, the way to accomplish this is to create a new role for your campus teachers which doesn't have the permission, then remove the Teacher role for those users and give them the new role.  This needs to be configured by an administrator.
