Ok, I am registering for   classes.  It is an online class and I have been trying to do this for somedays now.

I do owe a library fine, but that keeps me from the classes.  This is a program to help me understand how to take these online classes.

When I get to the page I need, my screen freezes.  I need technical help.

For technical help you will need to contact support.  Your school may have some options set up for you in the help menu.  The IT support from your school might be the best place to start, because it sounds like you may not have a strong enough internet connection.  Try using a computer lab on campus, if one is available, and if that works ask IT support to help you figure out what updates are needed for your own device.
