Hi:

Is there any way to easily reset a quiz for ALL students in a course? I'm finding that many of our instructors spend a lot of time adjusting individual student quiz grades. I'm wondering if there is anything I am not aware of that could delete quiz grades for all students and reset a quiz as if they had never attempted it.

Short quick answer - no. In Canvas there is no way to delete or remove quiz grades and/or reset a quiz as if the student's had never attempted it. The closest you could come is to just delete the quiz entirely and re-create it.

Dang... I found the reply helpful but I sure didn't like the nature of the response. Sigh.

I'm sorry but this inability to reset a quiz for retake makes no sense at all. So, hypothetically, my student needs to retake a quiz because of a premature submission glitch after fewer than half the questions were answered. Giving her "another attempt" allows the correct answers to be shown on the questions she didn't get to before the glitch. This is inappropriate. Yes, I could change that parameter on the Quiz settings, but there are other students who are expecting to take the quiz under the initial settings. If Canvas still accepts suggestions, this will be addressed in mine.
