[ARCHIVED] Restoring Deleted Courses

Hi all,

Two of my courses were accidentally deleted.  I reached out to Canvas Support, via email and phone, nine days ago.  To date, Canvas Support has not responded.  Help!

Did you check the test and beta instances of your course to see if the material is there? These instances generally get backups at two week (staggered) intervals.

If your usual Canvas instance is x.instructure.com, then there is a test instance at x.test.instructure.com and a beta instance at x.beta.instructure.com.

I would check each of them for your files/pages/... that you are looking for.
