[ARCHIVED] Restricting Email Domain for Local Accounts

Is there a way that we can restrict the email domain of local accounts? We do not want to create accounts with email addresses from certain email domains.

I know you can do this in Catalog with email address domains. HERE is a guide on how to do that. 

I was able to find this documentation which goes into detail on Email IP addresses on page three. 

Not sure if this is what you are looking for on this.
