[ARCHIVED] SCORM - Preserve Original Score on 2nd Attempt

I am running into an issue with packages created in Storyline 2 and iSpring where a SCORM package score resets for a student upon reentry into the package.

Wondering if any of you have any suggestions to keep the score on the package once it is complete. My team has found that using xAPI as an export method allows the score to be preserved. The department who has requested the package be created wants to avoid using xAPI because it is not supported officially by Canvas.

Any tips? suggestions for dealing with SCORM?

For those who struggled with this Issue. We happened upon a resolution by setting the package to Always Resume and exporting using SCORM 1.2. I hope this helps someone else.
