How to enable SCORM External Apps at the account level in CANVAS so we can add SCORM files?

But I'm wondering if you already have it?

If you do already have it which part has not been helpful?

Notes:

The SCORM LTI must be enabled in External Apps at the account level before it can be used in courses. If you are an administrator, please contact your Customer Success Manager for assistance.
