[ARCHIVED] SIS ID has been removed

Does any site has same issue as we got recently, the SIS ID for some students and staff have been removed for unknown reason. 

If yes, how you solved this issue?

Hi Grace,

I have been using Canvas for many years now and can say I have never heard of Canvas removing the #sis id‌ without some type of input from user or another system requesting that field be updated. Do you have an automated system that automatically creates account in Canvas either through #csv file‌ or an #api‌?
