[ARCHIVED] Sandbox course creation

I am trying to create a sandbox course.  This option is not coming up under my resources tab as my courses instruction told me it would.  I have reached out to the course instructor as well.   I thought I had previously had created one but it is not coming up under my All Course list.  Looking for help on how to resolve this issue.

Depending on how your school has set up teacher roles, the ability to create a course may or may not be available in your account. Please read through the excellent response to a similar question at creating a sandbox and let us know if you still have questions.
