[ARCHIVED] Secondary Root Level Admin Account?

Hello.  Does anyone know if it is possible to create two levels of a full root-account "Acct Admin"?  The purpose is to allow a small number of our staff 100% Acct Admin permissions, and another group of staff to have the root-account permission to create new users but have other permissions disabled.  So far, I have not found a way to do this.  Thank you.

We have other admin roles (like our Helpdesk Admin) at our site. But, as a root-admin, I don't see a way to add a new admin role. I assume our additional roles were created at the Instructure level.

You'll likely want to go to the root account permissions page and add a new role there and limit the permissions as desired.  When you're adding admins to the root account or subaccount, you'll be able to pick the new more limited role you've created.
