The Instructure Community will enter a read-only state on November 22, 2025 as we prepare to migrate to our new Community platform in early December. Read our blog post for more info about this change.
Thanks so much for posting your question and apologies that it's taken a while for anyone to comment! I'm not quite sure what could cause the delay you're experiencing, but I'm wondering if it's a connectivity/server issue? If this issue has resolved since you posted your question, I'd guess that a bogged server was the problem.
