[ARCHIVED] Send a message to all breakout rooms at the same time?

In a conference, how do I communicate with all breakout rooms at the same time? E.g. when I want to send the same message to all rooms. So far I've only been able to contact each room separately.

Hi  @j_m_p_a_langedi  Thank You for your question.

As far as I know what you are doing is the only way to do it.

However, I have needed to be super organised before sending people to break out rooms and making sure they all have the same instructions. I like the timer tool, that brings them all back quickly. I guess you could make the most of that to regroup then send them all off to break out rooms again?

Thanks Bobby. That's how I do it as well. The timer tool you're referring to, do you mean the duration option in the breakout rooms settings?

Yes, that's correct. It's quite nifty. But easy to not notice the reminder it's going to close if you are deep in conversation.

Yep. And you need to set up new breakout rooms after regrouping (which is not a big deal, but still).

Yes. You are right it's pretty quick to send them all off again.
