Is there a way to set the Catalog wait list to send a notification to the entire list, instead of just the next person, when someone drops from the course?

 @sbarry2 ‌ the only way to do this is to send an announcement in Canvas by the Inbox to specific people who you enroll in a course with those individuals who are on the waitlist. Otherwise, I would suggest bringing this up at https://community.canvaslms.com/events/2336-canvas-catalog-user-group-monthly-meeting
