I have received shared content from a collegue. When I try to preview it there is nothing there. When I try to import it Canvas says it can't open it. Is this a glitich in Canvas?

When your colleague shared content with you, where are you trying to view this content? Also, do you know how the colleague shared the content with you? What Canvas tool did he/she use to share the content? If you could please provide some additional details, that would be helpful...thanks!
