[ARCHIVED] Sharing all videos in Studio with another user without sharing each file

Hello! I am a teaching assistant and the instructor would like me to see all of the videos stored in her Studio. She has more than 10 files. Is there a way I can have access to all of her videos without her sharing it with me 10 times? thank you.

Sorry to see that your question has been sitting out here for several months without a reply.  To answer your question, yes, you should be able to do this via "Collections" within Canvas Studio.  "Collections" are similar to folders.  So, if your Studio videos are not yet in a "Collection", you can move them there:

Once you move your videos into the "Collection", you should be able to share that with your colleague:
