@sivory , I'm sorry to hear that your students are having this problem. Were you ever able to resolve it? My guess is that it might have to do with the Internet browser they are using, so you could try having them switch (Chrome or Firefox) and see if they have the same problem. Otherwise, I'd recommend contacting Canvas Support to see if they can help. To do this, click on the Help link in Canvas and "Report a Problem."
