How can I direct students to contact me (the instructor) using the Canvas Inbox? Using the Inbox involves multiple steps - is it possible to simplify this process for students? Specifically, in my course syllabus I would like to provide a link (or some method other than written directions) for students to contact me using the Inbox rather than my direct email address.

Hello there, @gratovich_micha ...

Sorry that your question has been sitting out here for a few months without a response.  Another option for you in Canvas (instead of the Canvas Inbox) is the "Help" menu.  Hopefully, within your "Help" menu, there is a link to "Ask Your Instructor a Question". This is covered in How do I get help with Canvas as a student?.
