There is an issue our design team is having with this.
Many Scorm creators have "default" template sizing. From a collection of posts I see two issues that are arising here.
1) Scorm designers pass the buck along to the LMS. Saying most LMS options like blackboard or moodle have the option to provide sizing adjustments for the student view.
2) Scorm designers that due allow for size or built in ratio adjustments are still having issues with canvas overriding them and still setting the iframe size to 970x720.
Within the community forms I've seen people slightly frustrated there is no answer on this. As well as solutions being such as, "Use captivate or a Scorm creator that can embedded the command to open as a new window so that the default Iframe size will not apply."
This seems to be an issue for Canvas since 2015 with no direct answer then ask our tech team. To override this default size, is this a request that must be made to the tech team to do so? Our team uses Articulate for example. Which in many of there reference documents similar to Adobe captivate, seem to lean in on the idea that most LMS traditionally should offer sizing customization for Scorm Files. I am just respectively looking for a bit more clarification on what Canvas's action is when the solution is talk to our tech team.
