@rseilham Thanks for your reply. We just want to give the students the possibility to annotate for their own records. Do you know where the file is locally stored on the iPad for example? Will the annotation be still available after an update of the Canvas app? Or is it necessary to export the annotated file to their device? Thanks for your help.

Hi There, I just try to find a way to make annotations within pdfs available for students without extra costs. Within the Canvas iOS app I provide a pdf within a page to the students. When I open the PDF within the App it is possible to annotate and draw in the PDF (see attachement). I am using the app on my iPhone and on my iPad, unfortunately the annotations aren't synchronised between the two devices. Is there a way do this? And also I would like to find out if the annotations are saved forever in my app? I already logged out from the app and emptied my Apple cache and it is still there. I have to play it safe before offering the possiblity to students. Thanks a lot. Best regards, Simone

Thanks @Chris_Hofer @chadscott Unfortunately, in the student guide I can't find a page where there is directly shown that the browser is up-to-date or not. Which means we will have to embed the Admin Tutorial and the student has to read through the text and click the appropriate link. So at the moment I can't see a solution instead of using the redirect app with open in Open in New Tab function. Other ideas are appriciated 🙂

Hi There, I tried this as well and the app pops up in the navigation but the website does not open in Canvas. I tried it with this link: https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Canvas-Basics-Guide/What-are-the-browser-and-computer-requirements-for-Canvas/ta-p/66 Unfortunately we just receive a sad robot (see screenshot). Tried it with another website at it works fine.

Hi there, we also need the possiblity to add documents like pdfs, .xls, etc. to questions in new quizzes. We use excel sheets with exercises to be done by our students and file upload for subsmissions. Please get it done.

Hello, after adding a SCORM file as an ungraded assignment and adding a description to the assignment, the SCORM file got smaller within the student view. Is there a way to adjust the width and heigth of the SCORM within in an assignment "page"?

Hi there, We would also like to export item banks. For us it would be very helpful to export all questions of an item bank as a pdf file or csv to make it easy readable to our lecturers. Unfortunately many of them are not used to Canvas and item banks are build up by their assistants, but proof reading is necessary by the lecturer.

We are also missing practice quizzes within new quizzes. It is absolutely necessary for us to provide practice quizzes also in the future! Please overthink handling and usability of new quizzes.

Dear All, We just started to integrate iSpring modules as SCORM in Canvas. Unfortunately, I don't know how to just the size of the browser window for the SCORM file. For example, we added a iSpring Glossar but all around the Glossar is a grey frame which I can't adjust within iSpring. So it looks like that: Is there a way to delete this gray frame?
