Some of my students are not able to upload a jpeg or mov. or pdf, into an assignment even though I have listed them as being acceptable files. They get a message that the file is not allowed. I am not sure how to instruct them as to how to upload a media file.

Is it just some of the students or none of the students can upload those file types? I would check to make sure that you do not have spaces or periods in the extension names under the file types allowed. It should look like this pdf, jpeg, mov and not like this pdf, jpeg, mov or this .pdf,.mov,.jpeg.

I will check. Thank you. Some students have been able to upload them.
