Has anyone had any luck getting this to work? We're getting errors when the student attempts to submit a Spark video through Canvas. Right now we're only in Test and using fake students.

Hi Rob! I work on the integration from the Adobe side and happy to help! Best practice is to test the student and the teacher experience in different incognito browsers. Let me know what you're seeing and I can help troubleshoot!

I have followed the directions but the Spark link is not showing in the assignment Editor window.  What do i need to do/check?

Hi Tamara -- Did you install both the PROD API key and the Spark API key? If so, it could also be in the dropdown where the rest of the LTI tools are. Let me know!

I also am having issues once the Adobe Spark assignment has been submitted. When the teacher clicks on the link that was populated in Speedgrader, the link does not work.

Also, I turned on the PROD API key but was given an error message when I installed it using the +App and Client ID method (which worked for the Spark API key just fine).  Any ideas?

I was on a support call with Adobe yesterday and they said it is a bug they thought was resolved.  They are working on it now, which is great!

Would love to hear the solution to this as our teachers are trying this out for the first time and getting frustrated.

The bug they thought was resolved is not yet, but their engineers are working on it.
