[ARCHIVED] Speed Grader and Annotation Toolbar

I created a test in Canvas and I asked students to upload their answers with an image.  I did not create the original test with the submission type "upload file," but rather "text box."  The submissions are coming up however, the annotation toolbar is not.  I tried to go back in and edit the submission type, but it won't allow me.  Any suggestions?

Good evening, @jasonanderson ...

By design, Canvas Quizzes do not allow you to use the annotation tools that you are used to using for normal Canvas assignments.  The annotation tools are generally available for things like Microsoft Office files, PDFs, and I believe images as well within Canvas assignments...but even if your students are attaching these kinds of files to file upload question types in Quizzes, you won't get the annotation tools.
