[ARCHIVED] SpeedGrader expected behavior

Is it expected behavior for a comment added to SpeedGrader to carry over from one student to another if you don't click Submit Comment and just move to the next student?

 @shouts ​, that is the way it has worked for me and we've been using Canvas for 2 years now.  So I would venture to answer that that is normal behavior, currently. 

I do find it helpful if I go to add a comment to a student's assignment and see a comment already there. It reminds me that I forgot to click "Submit Comment" for the previous student.
