[ARCHIVED] SpeedGrader not working for Google Slide

Within the last couple days, I am not longer able to grade my Google Slide submission on my phone through Speed Grader.  Everything else Google related works, Google Sheets, Google Doc, etc.  Help!

Me too!  On the iPone or iPad...This is so frustrating!  Almost all of my assignments are Google slides, Goggle Docs etc. please fix this. I have so many things to grade.

I've been using Google Slides assignments all year. Yesterday I assigned one to both of my subjects and am getting error messages for most, but not all in Speed Grader. What do I need to do to have access to their submissions? I tried having them resubmit but that didn't work. It's weird that some came up on my end while others did not.

The same thing is happening for me today for the first time. It looks like speedgrader is saving or trying to pull it up as pptx but I created it as a Google Slides and have never used pptx for this assignment.

It's a problem with the Google External tools. Support knows and is actively working to fix the issue. Just have students hold off on submitting for now.
