I have students attempting to attach a picture to a discussion, and they are getting an error.
The error states that they are unable to upload as their storage quota is full.
I thought it may be the course disk space so I have increased that but to no avail.
Do users have storage quota that would impact this?

Yes...users have their own personal files storage quota. Please check out the information in this Guide (specifically the blue box at the top of the page): How do I view my user files as a student?.

Thanks Chris, much appreciated. I also found the user quota in Admin settings!
