[ARCHIVED] Student Bio - Help!

One of our students edited his biography and copied and pasted a BUNCH of text into it, such that it's basically crashing his Canvas profile page. I've repeatedly gotten an "Aw, Snap! Either Chrome ran out of memory or the process for the webpage was terminated for some other reason." error message when trying to load his profile. The Edit Profile option isn't even available (I assume because the whole bio hasn't loaded), so I can't delete all this text! As an admin, is there another way for me to fix his profile?

If you are comfortable using the Canvas API's that may be one way to edit the profile.  If not, I would recommend opening a support ticket and asking Support to make the changes. This is done from Help > Report a problem.

Thanks so much - I think I'll go ahead and submit a support ticket. I wasn't sure if there was some admin route to fixing this that I didn't know about.
